Shared Calendar meeting information not showing up
Hello,
I have some rooms set up in exchange that people tag for meetings they are going to have. The issue I'm seeing is that, I have a user that would like to see each meeting in the room and the subject. The problem is that currently that user can only see who made the meeting, and when they click on the meeting for more information is only shown the person's name that sets up the meeting as the subject.
Is there a way for the meeting that is set up in the room on its calendar to show the person who scheduled it and the true subject?
Thanks

Tried that a long time ago, and still not seeing it.
Is a specific user added or you make these changes for which account in that permissions tab ??

You need to create the Outlook profile of thae conference room and then go to calendar properties and select Free\Busy to show Time\Subject\Details and stuff.
Close Outlook and check again.

- This surely should resolve the issue and there is no Override in calendar

Found the problem, the calendar was set to over ride the subject with the username that set it up.

I did that by granting full access permission to such user (our receptionist) for the room mailboxes. Now she can open the room calendar, see the full info of booked meetings and move them if necessary.
May be it is not the most elegant solution but it works
My env. is Exchange 2010

Full Mailbox access is something else and its quiet elevated .... that could have been done but not what you were asking for :( ...... it will work as its highest and almost all permissions.
