SP1 on WIndows 7. <br />

Hi guys,<br />
I recently upgrade a multisite domain to Exchange 2010, and moved that Exchange 2010 from Site A to Site B.<br />
I have a user in Site A that runs the EMC to administer group management and such from a HR perspective. I've installed the EMC 2010 and it installs properly, however when I run it I get the following screen saying it can't find an 'on premise Exchange Server'. Has anyone run into this and is there a trick to making a workstation know the server is in a different site?<br />
Attached is the error I receive. <br />
