Shared Mailbox issue in Exchange 2010
We have a mailbox that we've given four people full control over in our organization. They've also been given "Send As" rights on the mailbox. Three out of the four users can see email as well as send from this mailbox. However one user is having an issue. She sees the mailbox in her Outlook 2013 folder directory; but she cannot see any of the email being sent to the address (old or new emails).
Is there a setting on the exchange server or in Outlook 2013 that needs to be changed in order for this user to be able to see the email? Her main mailbox is NOT experiencing this issue.

Thanks for the follow up. Yes the user can send from that mailbox; and she can also view the mail in OWA when switching. I've been able to resolve the issue on Outlook as well. There seemed to be an issue with her ost file on her system. It was at about 4.5 GB in size; so I deleted it and opened Outlook again to re-create the file. This seems to have resolved the issue as now the email is populating into that shared mailbox.
It was weird before I did that as I would have to go to that mailbox and click the "Update Folder" icon in the Send/Receive tab in Outlook to get the email to show up. She would get the received email notification; but nothing would populate in the inbox until I clicked that "Update Folder" button.
Thanks for the assist.
