Exchange connector

I run a exchange 2007 server which works fine. I have 2 different domains running which are accepted.
Problem:
I would like to have one more domain. I already added the domain in the "accepted domains". I set up users and mailboxes for this domain.
Sending a Mail to this domain will cause an error "    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<mydomain>:
    host mail.mydomain.de [88.79.171.81]:
    550 Relay not permitted
I dont know why it will not accepted. The other domains (2) are working fine. I did not find any differences.

Did you set up a MX record in DNS for your new domain?

The DNS Zone File at my provider should be ok. Do I have to make any configurations on my on DNS?
The connectivity test passes all but get stuck at the last point sending mail.

You might have to check your Receive Connectors and possibly Send Connectors on Hub Transport and possibly Edge Transport servers.
