Exchange 2013 - Create calendar for a group of people

Hello,

I have an Exchange 2013 installation and i want to create for a group of 5 people an extra shared calendar for them . I dont want to create it through outlook and send it to them . . Is there a way to create it from server and give permissions from there to users to open it ?

I create a shared mailbox but the problem is when i want to create in this calendar a lync meeting. I take errors about lync delegation and i don't want to make things more complex.

Do you thing maybe that is better to just create an extra calendar in outlook and share it to the other users ?

You can, if you want to beat the lync delegation errors but it is tied to a user mailbox, and gets messy. Having a shared mailbox or even a site mailbox with a calendar within it would allow for centralized management and administration. I would personally advise against it.
Because i need the lync invitations i cannot use shared mailbox. As i see shared mailbox are disabled AD accounts so i cannot create lync delegation for the user.

I will try with the standard way of creating a calendar from outlook and share it to other users with full permissions .
We decide that we dont need lync invitationso so with the shared mailbox we are ok ! Thanks a lot for your help Adam !
