Windows 2008 R2 SP1 64 Bit
Exchange 2010 Enterprise 64 bit
Recently migrated from exchange 2007 on windows 2003 server to Exchange 2010
Running Best Practice Analyzer getting this
The Offline Address Book Site Public Folder Store Was Deleted
The public folder store where offline address book 'Default Offline Address List' is hosted has been deleted. Current public folder store: 'our.network.tgcsnet.com/C onfigurati on/Deleted Objects/Public Folder Database
DEL:59e6d91b-b99a-4508-814 d-53500917 9c34'.
ran adsiedit and tried this I found
Step 1.
Start > run > adsiedit.msc > configuration > services > exchange > org name >administrative group name > Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) > servers > Databases > Exchange 2010 public folder store and go to properties and look for distinguishedname copy the value.
now again go to
Step 2
start > run > adsiedit.msc > configuration > services > exchange > org name >administrative group name > Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) go to properties look for sitefolderserver
check if the value is same as the one you copied above if the value is not same then replace it.
When I went to step 2 the sitefolderserver already had the correct value.
Just reran the BPA and received the same results

reread this article and so in a sentence that you can ignore this error is you are on 2007 .
So I clicked on do not show this error again
I then ran the remaining BPA options all ran clean no errors
Thinking now to install "Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server" any thoughts on this?
Thanks for all your help

I looked at that before I followed this
1.Open the Exchange Management Console.
2.Expand Microsoft Exchange, expand Organization Configuration, and then select Mailbox.
3.In the results pane, click the Offline Address Book tab.
4.On the Offline Address Book tab, select "Default Offline Address Book".
a.To enable public folder distribution of the offline address book, from the Distribution tab, select Enable public folder distribution.
b.Click OK to save the changes
5.To designate a new offline address book server, from the action pane, click Move to start the Move Offline Address Book wizard. This wizard allows you to move OAB generation to a different server. It will also copy the existing OAB
Step 4a is where I stop on my distribution tab the enable public folder distribution is greyed out
