EMC - Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies tab - is missing
Hi,
We've had OWA and ActiveSync running fine for years and today I've had to help a member of staff to set up email on their Samsung running Android.
They are being prompted to accept a raft of policies that has them scared. Everything from encrypting their phone to wiping it.
I thought I would reassure them and went to have a look at our ActiveSync policy by opening up EMC -> Server Configuration -> Client Access but there isn't a tab at the top for Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies.
All of the guides I've seen on the web show two tabs (as per this image: http://b2b.cbsimg.net/blogs/as-pol-1.jpg)
But we don't have that tab. I was under the impression that EAS had a default policy that I should be able to see.
If I click on the tab in the lower pane titled Exchange ActiveSync and select properties there is nothing relating to policies.
Thanks
