Exchange 2013 Migration Distribution Group Issue
I am currently in the middle of a migration from 2007 to 2013. Both servers are co-existing. I am moving the last of the mailboxes over to the 2013 server and have NOT yet migrated the Public Folders.
I am NOT able to open/edit any distribution groups from within the 2013 EAC. I can only open them via the 2007 Management Console.
What am I doing wrong?

Also, as a test I created a NEW Distribution Group on the new 2013 server. It allowed me to create it, but will not let me open it to edit.
This looks more IIS issue. Can you run iisreset command or restart your exchange 2013 server. Also cross check it with this KB

I have restarted the server 2 times, installed CU7, and in addition the link above is the link I used for the migration. I am able to log into ecp and edit everything EXCEPT distro groups.
I am able to edit the distro groups via powershell.
I agree with you.... It seems like an IIS issue, but I have no idea how to start troubleshooting this at all.
PLEASE HELP!!

Do you try to upgrade the DL version. I have same issue when migrate Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. DL whch migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 failed to be edited. I have to upgrade the DL version.
