i create PTR RECORD BUT NO WORK

CAN YOU TELL ME THE STEPS TO TRY CREATE AGAIN
You need to contact your ISP for this. The ISP is delegated authority to do this for you.
I've requested that this question be closed as follows:

If the solution is comment#40794551, users may get confused as PTR as to be done by ISP. we cannot do it.
In my experience I could not do it. I always contact ISP to get it done. You can check with other EE experts
