Can I setup retention poicy global for SPAM folders in Exchange 2010

I have users who do not clean out their spam folders, We have JUNK MAIL, Suspected SPAM, and SPAM.

I can go to each users outlook and setup retention on these folders, or can I setup a global retention for these specific folder by user, using the Exchange Admin console?
We are using a GFI Exchange software to manage our spam.

I agree but I cannot see how to setup the retention for specific folders?
Open EMC>Org>Mailbox>Retention Policy>Click Retention policy tag>Give the name>Click on Tag Type and select junk Email.
Once your tag is created you create the retention policy and select that tag.

I had already added the Tag policy and still do not see where I would select the folders I want to assign the policy?  I can add it to a mail box but not specific folder in the mail box...Like Junk Mail, or SPAM, or Suspected Spam?

Specific folder? Can you post any screenshot. Possible answer is no. however still want to see, what are you trying to achieve.
Every users mail box has a JUNK FOLDER (Part of Outlook), we also have a "SPAM" folder(possible spam email are moved to this folder via our Mail Essentials software for Exchange , and "Suspected SPAM" folder also part of MailEssentials.

Generic answer
I know you closed the question, however, if you check retention tag drop down, you will see all other folder in the mailbox. Which will also work on your spam folder, as spam folder is not a default folder, you need to select other folder option. I was thinking you are only looking for junk folder option, which is a by default option.

Let me know, if that answer your query. Review again and if you think you are satisfied, you can assign the points.
