Lotus Notes - Error - You are not authorized to access this database
Hi,
Cust called in saying unable to access the lotus notes since this morning Checked with the cust wether able to access the web application ,Cust is able to access ,Checked the tcp/ip setting :fine
Checked the setting in lotus notes and checked the outage list as well Cust is still not able to access lotus notes
Format preference for incoming mail: Keep in senders' format When receiving unencrypted mail,
encrypt before storing in your mailfile: No

user mail file temp :5.0i
User have manger right to his mail file.
Please suggest for solutions..

check the access control list (ACL) if the type for the user is correct. it should be "Person"
