554 Relay rejected for policy reasons in outlook

Tags: 554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79, When I am trying to send mail from outlook I am gettng this error but when I am using Lotus Notes client it is working fine.

We have two Lotus Notes 7 server which are configure as primary and secondary server. since last few day's when I trying to send mail with Outlook with my secondary server it is giving error as "554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79" but when I am using my primary server it is working fine.

Any one please help in this regards
