Hi all,
My manager has just asked me to restrict users from creating rules in their mailboxes to auto-forward their mail to external e-mail addresses. Preferably they would still have the ability to perform rule based forwards to other internal users.
I know when mail is auto-forwarded by a rule I get a message on the Domino console, so we can go back and audit through the console log, however I am not aware of any way to disable their ability to create these rules in the first place.
Hopefully someone can help steer me in the right direction.
