Mapped Folder

While mapping a shared folder in Windows Server 2000 Im getting an error "Windows cannot find 'servet.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search." whereas if i right clicked on the mapped folder and select open it works. Its a file server with Symantec Antivirus 10.1 Corporate edition installed with the latest update. Can anyone help me to fix this.
