Change SMTP port in Domino

We have a domino 7 server with some lotus and outlook mail clients.
Outlook clients is using pop3 and smtp for getting mails to their local computer.
Lotus clients is directly connected to domino server, database file is put at server side.
We want to try to change the SMTP port 26.
May i know the detail steps for doing this and any impact if i do so?
