Lotus mail inbox not showing emails ,when any user schedule meeting and send mail to invitees and mail are going in all document folder,and not showing in inbox.its creating problem user not able to know meeting invitation information.this problem with some users,not for all. i replaced design run fixup run compact still problem not solved.
mail templats are same, and names are selected from domino directory. this poble is hppend on only one user. invitation mail showing in all document.but not showing in inbox.
go to designer view for the mail box delete Inbox view.close the designer and lotus clientand then open the lotus client replace the template. will be getting a new inbox view all from now all the mails will be seen in the box
