Access rights of the user's .nsf file

Hi All,

Could you please tell me the access rights level for the .nsf file.
The Domino server is running on AIX
When I checked the OS I saw that some users have following rights: -rw-r-----
Other users have only this: -rw-------
The first is 640 and the second is 600 I think. Which is better?
