The easy answer is NO, but everyone does have access to the Public address book.
I hope this helps !

Browse All TopicsHello,
We have BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Domino installed on the same server. Messages are syncing just fine but the notes address book (stored locally in names.nsf) is not syncing - most likely because the file is locally stored on the client machine and not on the server.
If the user uses the desktop redirector then all info is synced just fine, but this is not an option for some of out users. Is there an easy way to make the bberry server sync address book data without having to install the desktop client?
Thanks in Advance

Can't remember if this was in 6 but an easier way is to go to Actions->Synchronize address book from the notes client. This will put their contacts from their personal addres book into a hidden view ($Contacts) in their mailfile. The BES server will pick up info from this view and sync it to the handhelds.
