Lotus Notes editing mails in Inbox Are Sent with Wrong User's Name Displaying in Recipient's Mail

Hi,

User A has sent a mail to few emails with the attachment.
One of the recipient say User B has deleted only the attachment but the mail is retained. The moment the attachment is deleted by User B, the same mail without attachment is sent out to all the emails to which User A has addressed to originally and the mail is going as User A sent by User B.

The same thing happened when another user say User C deleted the attachment.
User A has sent the same kind of mails but the above problem has occurred only twice even though User A sends similar kind of mails to the same recipients regularly.

I tried reproducing the problem but could not do so.

I've gone through the following article in IBM's website. But, I'm unable to reproducing the problem.
http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=0&uid=swg21094354

Does anyone have any idea on how this problem can be reproduced? I guess the key to resolving this problem is to be able to reproduce it.

Can anyone help me reproduce the problem?

Regards,
