The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Stop Receiving " Delivery Failure Report"

We have an internal email account  let say ( abcd@qwer.com) and this email is used by the marketing department to send some external emails to our clients . However, after sending a huge amount of emails ( thousand of external  emails ) we receive  back hundreds of emails ( in bound) ones to the inbox of this email with the following

* At the Top in RED color " Delivery Failure Report" heading .
* " Your Document : " The document name"
* was not delivered to : " The email address of the Recepient "
* Because : 550 Requested action not taken : mailbox unavailable. ( The number of the error defers form time to time )

The issue is I am not able to stop these " Delivery Failure Report" from coming back and filling the inbox in a missy way so I created a rule in the internal inbox it self to delete these emails when they come back but still they are passing through to our internal inbox . Furethermore, I created a rule in the gate way domino server which delivers the emails sent from outside to the Hub server but still the emails are passing through and not " deleted silently".

So please if anyone knows how to stop these " Delivery Failure Report" from comeing back to this particular inbox please help me Start Free Trial
