How do I setup IMAP connection for Lotus Domin 7?

Using Domino 7 trying to establish imap email connetions.  Can send email to own domain, but error message below is received from outlook client when attempting to send outside domain.  Please help.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'hshipley@iabar.org'.
