Adding a signature to the dwa template

I want to add our company logo as a signature to the new memo of the mail file of all users. For this I have tried making changes to the template (dwa7) that we are using but with little suceess. The signature is visible when used with Lotus Notes but not with the web access.
Please let me know how to add a signature so as to make it visible even through web mail.
