as brwwiggins mentioned, the security implications would be enormous, and Lotus is all about Enterprise level security.

The only way to sign an agent programatically is by using the C API. However, using the C API will not circumvent Notes security -- you would still need the user's id and password in order to sign the agent.
Maybe it will help if you explain why you need to sign the agent programatically. There is probably a simpler solution.

hmm, I've never seen a method for doing that. Also seems like a bit of a security loop hole if there was a method.
