Import the data as Person documents, and select the option to calculate the documents when they are saved. The names of the fields should match the names in the first row. The following fields are required to make your mail addressing work:
- FirstName
- LastName
- FullName (can be assembled from FirstName + " " + LastName)
- InternetAddress
- MailAddress (same as InternetAddress)
- CompanyName (not required)
So if you add these columns, all should be fine.
