Are you sure you gave the correct IP address for your PTR record? Do you have a static IP address for that server?
Did you use the AOL tool to check to see if it can find the PTR record? http://postmaster.info.aol

Browse All TopicsOK. I had my ISP dp a PTR for mail.ffgnj.com. The reverse DNS seems right now. When any user emails aol.com we get a bounce back with error giving me a link to reverse dns problems and then the SMTP service says 421 - Service Not Available
Please help.
