mohammedn_1, this happen with all the messages you are receiving??

Because this is happen also when the sender is trying to recall the message.

About  "Recall the message", go to sent folder, open one message (not just select, but double click) then go to Action - Recall Message .

I'm not sure if this applies to you, but I had a customer with the exact same
problem. He had no rules set up whatsoever and certain emails would move
from his inbox to his deleted folder automatically, even after he moved them
back to his inbox. In his case, the culprit was his BlackBerry. He would
leave it connected to the computer in his office in order to charge it.
While doing so, it would periodically sync with the computer and the
particular emails that he deleted from the inbox on his phone would be
deleted on his computer each time it synched. I hope this helps. Good luck.

If the question relates to how to remove "lined messages" (messages flagged for deletion), then in Outlook, pull down Edit, choose Purge, Purge Marked Items in all Accounts.  (Wording depends on version of Outlook in use).

There is also an option to automatically delete all messages flagged for deletion upon moving folder, but I would not advise this: once the message is gone, it is gone (unless Mdaemon has the option of keeping an archive of all messages switched on).
