What's the best practice for backing up a postfix imap server (CONFIG and EMAIL ACCOUNTS)

Hi, I have a postfix server with mysql as the backend for the email accounts on a RAID mirrored server.

I would like to do a backup on a daily basis of all the configuration, email accounts and emails associated with each of the accounts.

Then where required, do a restore for a particular email account the emails.

What's the best way and best practice out there which all of you guys have done so far.
