Then does it mean any other mail with some different content will be delivered.
The receiving SMTP server can relay my normal mails & it will not reject the SMTP connections.

The best way would be to ask this remote server's postmaster (address should be postmaster@remote.server).
As bmatumbura wrote - you have something in your email's body, which is blocked on that remote server. Maybe you are sending emails in html, or there are some 'bad' words.
Write an email to postmaster@remote.server and just ask him what is the reason.
And yes - changing content can cause your email will be delivered, but as long as you don't know what exactly is causing this reject, you don't know what you should change :)

The SMTP server you are sending the message to has a content filter which is blocking your message; Your message might have blocked words in it that the filter doesn't allow
