Hylafax Postfix Transport Problem

I have a hylafax(4.4.4) server setup on debian with postfix.  Hylafax hums along just fine all day sending faxes.  I'm having an issue with email-to-fax.  I followed the directions as per postfix, but all I get is the following return error when I try to email a fax.  I have a feeling I'm missing something simple.
