Add another domain to Exchange

I have my first domain working over Exchange 2003.
On march my company changes name, so I need to add the new domain to Exchange (the old one has to remains!)
The users will send and receive mail using new domain; old domain will continue receiving mail forwarding it to new one.
How can I reach this goal?
