#5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed. I can't send to only one client.

I can email to everyone else in the world except one company. Everytime I try to email them i get back the following msg. #5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed. Please help me. I'm no exchange guru so I am in need of a resolution fast.
