You made me go through a lengthy process of registering (don't know why I bothered). Would've been easier if you just copied the header of the email you received.
Anyways, I received an email but it did not come from them - it came from an email address of one of the companies offering the jobs.
Perhaps this is what is happening with you.

Usually, Antispam systems detect such emails as spam.
Anyone can send out emails with a fake email ID, but the receiving end should check for reverse DNS among other antispam tests to identify validity of the email.
Faking an email ID is very simple to do and is being done by spammers all the time; it can even be done on standard email client software such as Outlook Express.
