How would I restore a user's calendar in Exchange 2003, from a backup tape?

Great thanks.. Could you be more specific on what the individual items would be called and where in the directory structure of exchange?  If I can see it in system manager then I'm sure I can find it in the backup.
It looks like it is just the store... How do I restore to a "restore store" and get the calendar moved over to the main store?
I found an article on using a restore store but again, once I have that store in place, what are the user's calendars called and where are they?  Will I have to restore the entire mailbox or can I do just the calendar?  When I merge the restore store with the main info store, will the user lose all e-mail since the back up of the store?

If it were only that simple.  This user has their entire life for the next 5 years in the damn calendar and they are crying like I smashed their knee in a vice.

Now, when you say "copy out the calendar" , how exactly do I do that?  With export and export?
