How to enable a current Domino / notes user with mobile access and Domino web access
Hi,
I have a user in a Domino 8.5.3 environment who has been happily using Lotus notes for a couple of years. She has an id file that works fine.
She has just got her first work mobile phone and her mobile mail won't configure for Domino.
As part of troubleshooting the mobile phone I discovered her Domino webmail access doesn't work either.
I have checked in "set internet address" on the person document and it is the default format FirstName LastName.
The rest of the users can go first name space last name and password (same as for Notes) and login fine.
When she does she gets "Error 401 User not authenticated"
I have opened her person document and gone to Internet password and "Enter Password" and set it to her notes password, left it an hour and get the same error.
As a possibly separate issue we can't configure Notes Traveler for her. Same error where it shows authentication issue.
It is only the one user, and she has been a user successfully with Notes till she got her phone and in troubleshooting we have found she doesn't have Domino Webmail access either.
Any thoughts?

It was the internet password in the end.
I reset it in the person file and it works!
