My incoming emails are not showing up in Exchange 2010.

I'm having issues, most likely pertaining to this below.  Incoming emails are not showing up but all internal and outgoing emails are fine.

There is no valid SMTP Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate for the FQDN of remote.superiormedicalsupply.com. The existing certificate for that FQDN has expired. The continued use of that FQDN will cause mail flow problems. A new certificate that contains the FQDN of remote.superiormedicalsupply.com should be installed on this server as soon as possible. You can create a new certificate by using the New-ExchangeCertificate task.

I admit I'm not entirely familiar with this process so I may need some hand holding.  i've tried to renew the certificates that are expired and would need to complete pending request, but I'm not sure with what I need to complete this request with.  Can I do this with a *.abc.com certificate?  Any other advice?

You will need a real certificate, not one that you generate in-house. Just give GoDaddy.com a call or chat on their website and they will set you up with what you need, and also steer you in the direction of how to install it.

See https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg502577(v=exchg.141).aspx

I worked through some certificate things, and now nothing is showing up as an error in the Event viewer, however, I'm still not getting external emails to come in.  BTW, I don't have godaddy so I can't get help from them.  I do have network solutions that has our SSL, and maybe they could help if it's in fact a cert issue.  But now that I don't have an error showing up as I did before, is there something else I need to look into on why my external issues remain?

Great! Glad you were able to solve it.
Any of the certificate producers should be able to help in such a situation. If you are down to 4 GB of free space you are going to have other issues to deal with. Good luck!
