icalender inventations ar not being send correctly trough exchange 2003 to external adresess

internal exchange 2003 to external exchange 2007 - Not working
external to internal - Works
internal exchange 2003 to external exchange 2007 works

I have installed exchange 2003 sp2
And i have do a register adjustment for the excdo.dll file
