Qmail plesk rejects mail for some domains?

Hi,
I have plesk server version 8.3 and qmail of plesk server is not able to send notification mail to some domains . It gives error in maillog stating rejecting the user and keeps trying to send mail. Mailer daemon mail gives following error:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at xyz.com
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<xyz@com>:
This address no longer accepts mail.
Please let me know how qmail can relay notification mail to any domain. Is there any configuration in plesk or qmail that I need to change.
