aol and other domains stay in Plesk Mail Query

When I send messages via my own mail server most are sent, however, some including aol.com email stay in the Mail Query and are never sent. The first time this happened it too a week before I got notice that the email did not go through. So I had thought I had sent the email only to find out a week later that the person never got it, which was bad.

The two questions I have are:
1) Is there a way to fix it so all emails are sent? I run my own vps so there is no one I can turn to.
2) If there is not a way to fix it, how can I change it so I'm informed within an hour that a email was not sent instead of a week?
