Email through qmail on fedora server does not come through our own domain

We have our site hosted on a dedicated server. We are using google mail for all user accounts by changing the MX record to point to google services. Our php application also sends outgoing mails using Qmail software.

But mails sent through Qmail does not come through to our own domain.

It works fine if it is sent to another domain.

Anyone can help?
