I don't know qmail at all, so I don't know if it is possible in qmail, but you can always use procmail for this. support/so ftware/mai l/ procmail ex.html

Search for 'autoreply' - there are two examples of autoreply mechanisms.
You just want to add one more rule - below, or after line:
* !^X-Loop: your@own.mail.address
you should add something like:
* !^From[: ].*support@xyz.com
