How to configure auto responder in Qmail

HI ,

  1)  I have mail user  named user1@test.com,
 2) all incoming Mail  to the user should respond with auto reply.
  3) Auto reply should not happen to support@xyz.com

   How can i do this .

I don't know qmail at all, so I don't know if it is possible in qmail, but you can always use procmail for this.
Read man procmailex, or take a look on this site: http://www.bu.edu/systems-support/software/mail/procmailex.html
Search for 'autoreply' - there are two examples of autoreply mechanisms.
You just want to add one more rule - below, or after line:
 * !^X-Loop: your@own.mail.address
you should add something like:
 * !^From[: ].*support@xyz.com

There are multitude of different ways a QMail server could be installed. For example, I use the QMail Toaster (QMailToaster.com). There is a package specifically designed to work with QMail called AutoResponder (see http://untroubled.org/qmail-autoresponder/) for generic QMail installs...

Use the following autoresponder for qmail:
http://untroubled.org/qmail-autoresponder/

Just put it into your .qmail file as shown in the attached code.  As far as question #3, that is possible with a little coding.  You would probably need to write a script that filters what goes to the autoresponder program. Check the syntax of the dot qmail file on the man page and you will get a few ideas on where to go from there.  

Your dot qmail file would be something like:
|preline filtercode | /usr/bin/autorespond  options....

.qmail file of user should look like this:
 
/home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com/user/Maildir/ \
| /usr/bin/autorespond 86400 3 /home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com \
/user/vacation/message /home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com/user/vacation
