I recive this message when I send an email conection die, but only with this domain

When I trie to send a message to one customer i have this error in my log:

delivery 58: deferral: Connected_to_xxx.xxx.xxx_but_connection_died._(#4.4.2)

This only happens with this customer.

I talk with the sysadmin of this customer and he says that he don't have any conection of my server to his server.

Please help me!!
