In fact I've found a little script that repairs me at this address, it has resolved my problem.

Question
Restore a Qmail Mailbox from files
Hi!
I've a plesk 8.3, with a Qmail server.
Someone deleted one email address, and unfortunatly the only backup we have is a backup of files of the whole server.
So I need to restore the email content from this.
So I copy the mailbox in /var/qmail/mailnames/xxxx/
I can connect to the mailbox, but when I go on an IMAP folder that isn't "INBOX", I get this error:
"Unable to open this mailbox"
I've tried this command: "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin
Is there someone where I can find server log informations? Is there a way to import theses files in a new mailbox?

please check if the mailbos format isn't actualy a 'maildir' format. In that case the a mailbox is actualy three directories (cur,tmp,new) within that directory... any other mail directories probably are subdirectories (possibly hidden (with a leading .) ) within that too.
(try to access another mailbox from the hosts's shell to compare entries there to the one that you;r missing.
I'm no expert on plesk ..
