The Solution Rating System

Debian+Sendmail 8.12.3+Cyrus sasl

Hy,

I've installed Debian to use it as a mail server. So Debian automatically installed Sendmail and libsasl7 1.5.27-3
The thing I want to accomplish is that users can send email when they are outside the office. The only thing is that when I read documentation about Cyrus Sasl, they always talk about everything including the Sendmail.conf file installed in /var/lib/sasl. The thing is I don't have a /var/lib/sasl directory. So I really don't know where to find the configuration file or where to put this file so that sendmail is gonna use it. I also want to use the LOGIN method because of outlook users. Please if any Debian or non Debian user can help me with this i'll be very gratefull. I've got these files installed:
