The Solution Rating System

  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Hi,

I have recently changed my email service provider and was trying to set up mail accounts on the new server. I registered the domain eurosoftinfo.com and set up the email accounts. However, from the day I have transferred the domain I am facing a problem with emails from webased accounts like, yahoo, hotmail, sify etc. not being received in my email account i.e. surinder@eurosoftinfo.com or for that matter to any of the accounts on the domain e.g. xyz@eurosoftinfo.com. I receive mails from private domains.

If I send a mail from my sify account to surinder@eurosoftinfo.com, the mail comes back after 12 to 24 to 48 hours with the message as under. Please let me know as to what is the problem, where does it lie and how to rectify it.
