Sendmail Panic

I see these in my /var/log/maillog:

Apr  2 12:48:20 qmail sendmail[24906]: m32GlxmX024906: Milter: data, reject=550 5.7.1 Blocked by SpamAssassin
Apr  2 12:48:20 qmail sendmail[24906]: m32GlxmX024906: to=<postmaster@qmail.hiddenname.com>, delay=00:00:02, pri=36361, stat=Blocked by SpamAssassin
Apr  2 12:48:20 qmail sendmail[24861]: m32GlYqd024861: to=postmaster, delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=relay, pri=34899, relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Apr  2 12:48:20 qmail sendmail[24861]: m32GlYqc024861: Losing ./qfm32GlYqc024861: savemail panic
Apr  2 12:48:20 qmail sendmail[24861]: m32GlYqc024861: SYSERR(root): savemail: cannot save rejected email anywhere

Where am I misconfigured??  Why is sendmail trying to send bounces to postmaster at my FQDN?  And when it tries to send to local postmaster, it looks like it gets a DSN Service Unavailable...
