Our admin left our company recently and this responsiblilty had fallen upon me, that being said this may seem very "novice" to some other sytem admins out there...but im really in a bind!
We currently have one outgoing address (ex. me@abc.com), now the company I work for added a new website thus needs a new email address (ex. me@123.com), I was able to setup the MX record to point to our exchange server at work so all incoming mail for "me@123.com" is coming through.
Here is my problem, I have 3 users who need to be able to send outgoing messages to clients using only the "123.com" name, and not the "abc.com", and I have 1 user that needs to flip flop between the 2 different names.
How can I setup a second outgoing mail option in exchange
and
How can I set it up for a user to on a drop down option to "send as" picking one of the 2 names from the list
Im sorry if my terminology is off, im new at this so please...be patient ;-)
