Are you sure it's an actual phishing attack? pr.atwola.com is owned and operated by Time Warner/AOL (it's a cname for ads.web.aol.com). You could try contacting AOL.
Or you could just reject mail from them by editing your /etc/mail/access file:
64.12.174.121 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
64.12.174.185 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
64.12.174.57 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
205.188.165.57 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
205.188.165.121 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
205.188.165.185 ERROR:550 Stop phishing
Then remake the access map and restart sendmail.
