I need to have a .pdf automatically generated based on a form that a prospective client completes on my site. That form then needs to be emailed to the prospect along with another .pdf that is static. I will also need to be cc:ed on the email.

Hi Powergirl13,
Any server language that you're using there? You need to use 2 control/library in your application where 1st control is used to generate pdf based on the filled in form particular. Then, 2nd control is email component that used to send this generated pdf and attach the other external static pdf and email(plus cc) to the selected recipients.
