No Reply or forward arrow in outlook 2003 on delegate mailbox

Hi, the problem is i have user that have access on director mailbox, some time when th user respond to email that was in director mailbox she was unable to see the reply or forward arrow on the director mailbox, it happen some time and not on all email. But it's a recurrent problem that arrive on each day,

on there own mail box no problem.
