add new user to hp c9100 digital sender

hi all
can some body can give me some advise
how to add new user to saner hp c9100 digital sender
I've been browsing through options on in using IE but no luck cant find option for it

can some body give me some professional advice
I need add one user in office to that device so he can send scans on his email ( just like his work colleagues)
